About the Coach

Hello, I’m Vijay Bhaskar,

 
I have been working as a part time fitness trainer for 2 years and now as a full time coach from past 7 months. I have the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients aged 16 yrs to 50 yrs, including individuals with varying fitness levels, seniors and those recovering from injuries. Through this experience, I have developed a versatile training style that encompasses a wide range of disciplines, including strength training, cardiovascular exercises, flexibility training, and functional training.

 

Whether you are a beginner looking to kick start your fitness journey or an experienced person aiming to enhance your performance, I am committed to guiding and supporting you every step of the way. With a passion for fitness and a desire to help others lead healthy, active lives, I am a certified fitness trainer from ISSA (International Sports Sciences Association) and Super Randonneur in cycling dedicated to helping individuals achieve their fitness goals and embrace a lifestyle of overall wellness. My approach to training goes beyond just physical exercise, focusing on a holistic approach that encompasses mental and emotional well-being as well.
